ALFA Elevation Systems places as much importance on training as it does on ensuring that products meet the desired specifications and maintain safety. Training is particularly focused on three main areas: equipment installation, safe operation, and basic maintenance.
To ensure the safe use of ALFA products (in some models), certified operators are required. At least two individuals (a backup is mandatory) must be appointed as operators by the product owner or operator, and they can become certified by completing the operating and basic safety qualification training provided by our qualified personnel.
ALFA does not accept the use of elevators on construction sites without certified operators, which is also in line with local legal regulations. Additionally, ALFA regularly conducts internal training for personnel who will install, dismantle, and maintain its products, helping to refresh and update their knowledge continuously.
